Scotland (tier 4) or England ( full lockdown) ? England, they can be furloughed if they were in the books at the right time and declared furloughed at the right time. Scotland tier 4 restrictions came in after that date so not sure if they are eligible for furlough unless already furloughed last time.

High street stores are closed but things can still be bought online. I work in manufacturing for non essential retail, we are still working as we are receiving orders from our online retailers. Some staff are furloughed from the stores that are closed but some are working from home.

Anywhere that's in lockdown. I mean shop workers who work in non essential retail that aren't being furloughed and expected to still work in some capacity, even if store is closed.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I guess if you're being asked to go in, even if the non essential retailer is closed, it means they have work for you to do. Or were you hoping to be furloughed ?
