I think they might in lower tiers but that’s just an uneducated guess.

Poor zoos should never have closed. Can not see how walking around a park/forest is any different from walking around the zoo. They had guidelines in place and had lowered their numbers at the entrance. Hope they are allowed to reopen in December.

I hope things like that can open. I think opening pubs over the Christmas period would be ill advised but outdoor activities should be allowed.
