Child off their food/tired

Hi all, my little one is nearly 2
He is behaving unusual today. He is usually a right foodie but has refused lunch and is rather sleepy. He fell asleep on the sofa which he has never done. He had a normal night sleep.
He has no cough or temperature but something isn't right.
Do children not show typical covid symtoms. Is it a possibility?

It could literally be anything that a 2 year old would pick up. Monitor him see how he goes and if he develops any symptoms.

Being tired and off his food was the entirety of the symptoms my father showed when he tested positive two weeks running.

There are all the usual illnesses other than covid ...
