Diarrhoea in children - symptom?

If your child had diarrhoea, would you test for COVID? Only asking because I've seen it as a fairly common symptom on here.

Are you sure they've not had a temperature at any point

It is in my house. 4 of us have covid. Symptoms so far are headache sickness diarrhoea and snotty nose. None of the 3 gov keep talking about.

As sure as I can be - dc is old enough to say they feel hot/feverish but I don't generally check temp otherwise.
