Covid job losses now peaked and most who would have lost their
jobs have done so. Discuss

Is this an essay question? Discuss? Why not put out your side / points first and open up the discussion

ThomasHardyPerennial · 13/11/2020 08:15

You go first then...

Brighterthansunflowers · 13/11/2020 08:18

Off you go then OP, you start

lughnasadh · 13/11/2020 08:18

Discuss!? Hmm

Is independent thought not your thing OP?

Do you need spoon feeding in all aspects of your life?

Ginfordinner · 13/11/2020 08:19

We're not doing your homework for you.

Rosehip10 · 13/11/2020 08:21

Oh sod off with your "discuss" post.

@Rosehip10

Oh sod off with your "discuss" post.
It’s so rude isn’t it?!
nannynick · 13/11/2020 08:27

Alternatively the job losses so far are the tip of the iceberg.

Svelteinmydreams · 13/11/2020 08:30

Ok, I will bite. No, not by a long chalk where I live. Companies are hanging on & with the extended furlough, some people have a reprieve, but more jobs will go while we continue to have to live with restrictions such as travel, work from home etc. Less travel, less energy, fewer vehicles , planes etc, all the industries from parts manufacture through fuel, to logistics and travel companies, still clinging on.
Plus Caffè Nero, my favourite of the chains, is struggling.

Oh sod off with your "discuss" post.
Oh God my response completely!! Didn't realise I was sitting a GCSE this morning.
SaskiaRembrandt · 13/11/2020 08:33

Discuss? Is there a word count? Can you point me in the direction of the style guide? Should I include an appendix, or will it be okay to just add a bibliography?

TheFormerPorpentinaScamander · 13/11/2020 08:33

Didn't realise I was sitting a GCSE this morning

I haven't revised and my pen isn't working. Damn. I'm going to fail!

baroqueandblue · 13/11/2020 08:56

Point us in the direction of your evidence for that spurious statement OP and we'll consider it Hmm

Quaagars · 13/11/2020 09:10
