If I've been tracked and traced

I just got a notification saying I've been in contact with someone with Covid-19 and to self isolate for 11 days. What day would I of come into contact with that person? I work for the NHS and apparently were supposed to turn our track and trace off in work but I wasn't aware of this, so hoping this was on Saturday!

3 days before you got the notification (3+11=14)
Depends what they count as day 1 too I suppose

I would take it as it was either the Thursday or Friday. More inclined to say Friday. If you have to isolate for 11 days from today, so up till the midnight on the 19th.
