Are swollen eyes a symptom (in kids)?

One of my DC (aged 11) has woken up with a very swollen eye, as well as mild cold symptoms. Could be an allergic reaction I guess but I googled it and it seems there's some link to eye symptoms in covid (especially in kids)?

For context DC's bubble has burst, so it isn't that unlikely Sad. Should I get a test for them, I wonder?

Thanks @pinkbalconyrailing - I'm wondering if I should get a test?

I know it's not one of the main three symptoms btw, and I also know those 3 symptoms are far too reductive especially in kids...

Just seems the right thing to do to prevent further spread?
