Loss of taste and smell is driving me mad!!!

Please can anyone who has experienced this tell me when it got better for them.
I tested positive 9 days ago and haven't had any taste or smell and it's giving me really bad anxiety I'm paniking it won't come back and it's awful.

Mine came back often a Fashion after about 3 weeks. It seemed normal (but less strong) for a while and then it went nuts. Phantom smells, nothing tasted right. I’m now 7months in and it’s tarting to improve - phantom smells gone and some things starting to taste as they should. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Mine completely went for almost 2 weeks then came back and now it's like a day off and a day on.
I also can't eat spicy food anymore because it's like my old tastebuds have been replaced with brand new ones that can't take the heat.

It will come back though try not to worry too much x
