Hello all,

I tested positive today after not very stereotypical symptoms of a runny nose and general achyness.

When I was being tested I was on mumsnet looking for answers so if you have any questions ask away.

Do you have any idea how/where you caught it?

How did you catch it?

What made you get a test?

I am a teacher and someone in my class had it and was isolating. I didn't have close contact with them but presume it was just from that setting.

I started feeling achey and had a runny nose like a general cold with phlegm last week. My eyes also hurt when I moved them and my smell was reduced although not completely gone so I was able to get a test.

Have you been asked to be in any research? A colleague has had a positive test but refused to be involved. I was surprised!
