If your child hasn’t returned to school have you been fined?

Basically that really, if your child hasn’t returned since September have you received a fine or a warning letter?
I saw someone post that it was being debated today in parliament about fines but can’t find anything on any news websites about it

We have been in school for most of the last couple of months. However, I understand there has been more in the ways of letters than action from schools & LAs towards parents keeping children off at this time.
