Yes I believe so, as long as it’s just the two of them and they’re old enough that they can be trusted to socially distance properly.

Yes, I think your DD can meet a friend outdoors too, that's what mine is hoping and I read it that way. They sit together on a school bus for an hour each day so that's a greater risk than an outdoor walk but we are a law abiding family!!
