Uni students must not return home until end of term/Christmas

Dd has a two week uni break starting Friday - trying to decide whether to get her before Thursday or hope for the best that she will be allowed hone at Christmas (and lockdown won't be extended or the govt change their minds again)

It’s difficult.

My dd has had a couple of meltdowns this week (she’s autistic) so I’m worried about her.

She has a medical appointment regarding forthcoming minor surgery first thing Monday morning so she’s due home tomorrow night for that.

I don’t know what will happen from then on.

If it weren't for the two week break mine would be fine - but she won't cope with 2 weeks of nothing and lockdown, going to let her decide
