Sorry it’s another support bubble question - how near geographically do they need to be?

I wasn’t in a support bubble last time but this time I will be with a single parent friend who lives about 7 miles away.
Will this be allowed or does the support bubble have to be on the doorstep because it says no essential travel? I will be the only person she sees and my household won’t be seeing anyone else so it is a definite bubble.
Also who keeps track of these bubbles?! So if she comes to my house, or I go to hers and someone sees and reports us - what then? How do we prove we are bubbled? Sorry, that sounds paranoid but last time people locally were all over social media complaining about ‘breaches of lockdown.’

I don't think it says anything about maximum distance for a bubble so i think it would be allowed. How long does it take by car?

We are 'bubbled up' with FIL. SIL works, I'm SAHM with 2 young dc, DH will be furloughed again - we are all very close but as we were the one home more often he came to us. He is in a different county 25ish miles away, will be coming to us for the day whenever he fancies, we will be visiting him for the weekend when DC finish school on the Friday.

7 miles sounds fine
A bubble is supposed to be local. 7 miles sounds pretty local in my book
No one is really policing them. I mean they can't really police everyone can they. You're just supposed to abide by the times

*rules not times

It doesn't say anything about how far your support bubble has to be.
We bubble up with MIL and she's 10 miles away.
The rules with support bubbles are you have to be one household and have one person living by themselves bubbling up with you.
You can't swap and change bubbles, you have to stick to that one household.

Single parents with children can bubble with another household too.
