Welsh parents I'm desperate to see will be released but we will be locked down!

This is so ridiculous having different rules between countries. My parents have been locked down in their county for 5 weeks then the firebreak over half term so couldn't see them when all my friends were seeing their families. Now they may be released we have been locked down because we live in England. It's so hard...

And they can travel anywhere in Wales but we can't see them. This is ridiculous .. it needs a common approach

You can travel to each other if it is to "provide care".
