Second lockdown= clinically vulnerable need to shield?

Anyone know whether the possible announcement of a second lockdown will mean those who previously were shielding will have to shield again?

that's compared to 30% for the general public admitted to hospital

Do you have a source for that? I had thought that it was substantially lower

(And was at about 30-50% only for those admitted to ICU)
