He’s 18 & this morning I had to hold like a baby as he sobbed.
He’d ordered gifts a month ago for his GF’s birthday (this weekend) that haven’t arrived. He sobbed that he can’t take another lockdown.
He’s blaming himself for the present not arriving ‘ I’m so shit I can’t even get a present ‘
I tried to tell him it’s not his fault but he just can’t see it. I’m so worried for him (& all others suffering now).

Oh I'm so sorry Rioja, it is heart breaking and you have my utmost empathy, you and your son.

My 19 year old just got made redundant from his first job. It was a job he loved and really helped him with his confidence. It is really hard to watch.

Your poor boy. It's so very hard to help when they are that age.
I have an unhappy DS as well. Lonely and isolated in a city a long way from home where he knows no-one. Everything has gone wrong for him this year.
