Anyone believe they've mistakenly been asked to isolate?

Just to clarify I obviously will isolate, but I am convinced it's an error!

Received an instruction to self isolate from track and trace due to being in close contact with someone who's tested positive. No information as to where or when this has supposedly happened.

I have not been anywhere! I work from home most of the week, and although I have been into work occasionally (drive there), there is only a handful of us and no one is off with symptoms or has received the same message.

My shopping is delivered, I haven't been to a shop in weeks, not been to a restaurant or pub for God knows how long but we're talking months.

The only thing I do is walk my dog, in open forest so not meeting anyone!

My husband has not received a message either but he is WFH full time and also hasn't been anywhere.

As said, I will obviously isolate as asked but I am sure this is a mistake. Has anyone else had this? I cannot for the life of me think where this would be. Surely if it were work I wouldn't be the only one in the office to receive it? (And as I say, no one is off with symptoms!).

Yes. I received an app notification a while back telling me to self isolate, 2 hours after my husband also had one.
It gave us the date of exposure, which was a date in which DH hadn’t travelled to work (I work fully from home). In fact on the date noted we had only left the house for a family walk.
I called Test and Protect and they couldn’t explain it. Running out of options to be explain, we decided to ask the neighbours. One of them had tested positive and updated her app in the hours before we got our notifications.
The app had picked up on the Bluetooth connection to her phone next door!

Mine hasn't even given me a date of exposure?!
