Yes, even in Tier 3 they can come for repairs/maintenance, as long as they wear a mask. My husband has a Property Repair Company, there are rules he needs to follow now. There are questions he asks before and on arrival, he asks for all doors, windows and internal doors to be left open, nobody in the room with him and he cleans the area with disinfectant before and after the work. He also wears a mask and gloves.
