Have any pregnant ladies on here had confirmed Covid?

We’ve just been told that our daughters nursery has a confirmed case of Covid (with a baby in the same room as our daughter). I know this is inevitable really but I’m a little worried as I just found out I’m in the very early stages of pregnancy this week (4 weeks!).

None of us have symptoms yet anyway but suppose just looking for some positive stories of pregnant ladies on here who have had it and gone on to be fine (and their babies?) I guess what worries me is that not enough ‘Covid babies’ have been born yet to know the effects on the developing baby.

Congratulations!! I'm not pregnant, but just wanted to make a couple of points to reassure you...

Firstly, at 4 weeks pregnant, your baby will be getting practically all it's nutrients from the egg yolk, rather than your blood supply. But also, even though there haven't been many "covid babies" yet, covid is just one of several coronaviruses and the rest don't impact the fetus, so there's no reason to think this one does.
