I've had cv19 - what happens if i have contact again?

I'm just emerging from 2 weeks of Covid (confirmed case). As the numbers are shooting up again, what happens if I come into contact with another case? Would i have to isolate again for 14 days?

As it stands yes you would, there’s no definitive evidence you couldn’t get it again and no evidence that you couldn’t transmit it.

My employer is going to have a fit but I guess if that's the guidance. I can't imagine I'm going to be having a social life for a bit (too shattered) so hopefully I'll be low risk for contact.
