Omg, not sure how much more I can stand of this.

But if a long story leading up to this, I was ill with potential covid symptons, got tested and it was negative, very stressed waiting for result, but negative so all over.

DD having surgery 3rd Nov, minor surgery but a bit on edge about it all, she needs another X-ray and it was hooked for this Friday, bit of a cock up from the hospital as it should have been booked weeks ago, it was only booked yesterday. Dds school has now just sent a letter home to self isolate until this Sunday, she was in a class with somebody who tested positive, and the school just send home the whole class home, she just has to isolate until Sunday, however the hospital won’t allow her to go to the X-ray on Friday and they are not sure they can fit in another X-ray in time, I have to wait for a call tomorrow. The crazy thing is, we were in the hospital having a pre med on Monday and that was within the 14 day isolation period. I am so stressed, I realise this is minor to some people’s stresses, but it’s really testing me. I know it’s a system and we have to follow the system but the system really sucks and doesn’t make a great deal of sense.

I feel for you. It's not a big deal for someone else sure but it is for you. I have procedure at the end of the month and as I'm a teacher I'm counting down the days until half term and just hoping that I don't unknowingly get covid as I'll be tested on Monday or Tuesday. I'm so on edge. I'm sure someone who wasn't me would be thinking well you can have it done another time...but if I have it done and it works it would make a massive difference to me...

So I really feel for you that you're in this situation with your daughter and I hope that you can get something sorted out so everything can go ahead. So stressful.
