Average infection rates in England.... can't find it??

I've been playing with the latest 'dashboard' and, using the search on the bottom right of this page, I can easily find out what the current rate is in every council area in the UK per 100,000 but I can't find anywhere that tells me the overall figure for England as a comparison?? The slider graphic that is included in the local summary page suggests my area is very slightly above the average but unfortunately I need an actual number.

Can anyone better at the stats see if they can find this for me??

For work, I have to fill in a form where I put in our local rates per 100,000 (brilliant, got that easily from the website) and then an England rate per 100,000 but haven't been told where to find them!

Blimey. That’s a bit higher. I’m confused!
