I woke up this afternoon around 2ish (I work funny hours) and felt the need to cough. I was a little alarmed. But once I'd had a cough, I didn't feel the need to cough again for an hour or so. Since then, I haven't coughed at all. Do I have the start of a cough or did I just notice some normal coughing that I wouldn't normally notice and am being silly? I don't have any other Covid symptoms but am transitioning medications which means my doctor has told me to expect some symptoms from the meds I'm withdrawing from. I've been feeling a bit achy but was putting that down to that and having my period...
Just wondering as my parents are my extended bubble and they're 69 and 70. I don't want to take any unnecessary risks but at the same time I don't want to limit myself if there's pretty much zero risk.
I haven't been out much in the last 2 weeks although I have had blood taken twice under Covid guidelines, HCPs and me both wearing masks etc and minimising contact as much as possible. Also had one other appointment with someone who sat a good distance from me and only came near me once or twice to give me papers to sign. Also following Covid precautions.
