Has anybody been called or texted by contact tracers?

Because if one of your close contacts tests positive, then surely they would tell you themselves, rather than bothering to fill in your details on the contact tracing website only for somebody else to tell you.
Also, if you’ve been contact traced (not via the app), How long were you in contact with the person?

I gave details of everybody Covid positive DD had been in contact with including DS, DH and me obviously. They have phoned me 4 times every day since then. One call per household member each day to remind me/them that I'm/they're not allowed out, asking what we're doing, what we plan to do. I'm sick of talking to them.
