Are results sent out 24/7??

Had tests done. Just wondered if results are sent out at certain times of day or could it be 24/7?

Could be any time. I got an email at 2am and texts at 6am.

My friends have had results by text in the early hours of the morning. I know one was about 3am.
So 24/7 I think
