Does anyone know how London is defined for covid?

I assume it's any house in a London borough?

But it could be anywhere inside the M25 or maybe anywhere with a London postcode?

Could anyone who knows the real answer confirm please?

Will be London Boroughs. I know this because my parents live just within the M25 (in Staines) yet they live in Spelthorne which is definitely still "Medium" and not "High" - at least for now!
You can check on BBC News website for specific postcodes though.
