New restrictions - how are they enforced?

Just wondering if anyone knows how pubs/restaurants can possibly enforce the new rule of only one household per group? Hmm Tier 2 places have been told that households cannot mix in any indoor venue now but what’s to stop people just saying they live together? I can’t see how this will make any difference.

It seems impossible to me - especially in a Uni city. You get a group of friends in their late teens/early 20's in and they say they all live together - which if they're Uni students they quite possibly do but there's nothing to stop other groups of young people saying the same thing.
