Home test survey through but no results.

Posted a home test at 4pm on Friday and haven’t had anything except the Covid surgery via email this morning.

Should I be chasing it up? I don’t want to add to an already overwhelmed system but unsure if this is the norm. I didn’t make a note of the correct tracking number so can’t check when it arrived in Glasgow.
