Yes. Dogs don't have the virus. Just wash your hands or bring own lead maybe

Yes, provided you can have a safe handover (eg in a front garden)

If you can bring your own lead, poo bags and treats, even better. Otherwise good hand hygiene (use sanitiser whilst out and about, and immediately after handing back, wash thoroughly as soon as you can)

Personally, no. The virus is airborne and the person is infected, so the dog could theoretically be covered in the virus. You could practice hand washing etc but you don’t know what you may need to do. What if the dog needs picking up?
