Anyone working for NHS test and trace as a clinical advisor?

I have been contacted by NHS T+T as shifts have become available. Have expressed an interest and given my availability. Is anyone working as a tier 2 clinical advisor? Is it protocol driven like 111? What's it actually like to work in as media reports not good but I still quite fancy it. I'm clinical so have no issue with that but would like to know the practicalities. Many shifts available etc? Thank you

I’ve had the same email. I signed up during the first lockdown and to be honest, I had much more free time then.
Guilt and a want to ‘do my bit’ is making me think of signing up for a few hours.
I’ll watch this thread with interest. Smile

I know! Same here... the initial round of recruitment said minimum of 12 hours a week which was not possible for me but the last email implies you can do significantly less hours this time round.
