Red zone/tier three - kids sports?

Live on outskirts of big northern city and fully expect to be in the top tier of restrictions next week.
There seems to be a suggestion that all sports/hobbies will have to stop. This isn't good as I work in the industry. But do you think there might be an exception to kids outdoor sports? Surely banning sport doesn't sit well with a supposed policy of wanting to tackle obesity. I am literally dreading telling my kids they can't do their sports again especially as I imagine the restrictions will last for us all winter.

I really want to know this too, and what ‘leisure facilities’ entails - I can guess but not to what extent!

The (old) leaked document banned pretty much everything except school and work. I just hope it ends up being a bit more nuanced. Or possibly restricted to the very worst areas so that we have a chance to get out of them rather than being condemned for the winter.
