Horrible head cold... With cough

Last 24 hours I've been incubating what I'm hoping is my annual horrible head cold (that'll leave me with weeks of sinusitis) but I also have a hacking chesty productive cough.

Thoughts on testing vipers?

continuous coughing for an hour?
how can they be so particular

i have had a throat, now relieved it is a cold, ie runny nose

@fluffiphlox this is our second cold since Dd went back to school. Colds are always rife in schools at this time of year. All the hand washing in the works won’t stop children from passing colds around and bribing them home.

Incorrect. I have gone to extreme measures to keep safe and have still caught a cold.

Yes I can see it’s problematic if you have children coming in and out.

I'm in work today, can't tell you how many times I've had funny looks when I've coughed (behind my mask) or said 'it's not covid, I've been tested'.
