Am I missing something, or are the delays to new restrictions due to recent changes meaning ministers are to be given the chance to vote on them?
I accept that there are sound reasons for this change, but the delays mean the situation will be even harder to turn around.
The popular opinion is that March's measures were too late. Yet here we are again, having to wait whilst whatever creaky outdated ministerial systems get cranked up.
I'm wondering if they've even considered working at this over the weekend- or can voting only happen in a fixed way?!
