Do test results only come through in office hours?

Could you get your result in the late evening or overnight or are they only sent out from 9-5?

My DH got his about 5am.

I got mine at nearly midnight. 36 hours after my test

I got results at 12:30am

02.11am

I think it’s automated so could be any time.
Mine came through on a Sunday, about 24hrs after I did the test (this was several weeks ago when they were keeping up with demand)

Midnight twice
And once on weekend about 8pm

My colleague had a test at 1130 and got their result at 0610 next day

I got mine at 4am.

Mine was 7am.
