I want to visit my boyfriend in Northern Ireland, I live in Cheltenham in a shared house and he lives in Belfast in a shared house. Both of us work from home. With the current regulations (as of Tuesday), would I be able to visit him legally? What is my situation, am I allowed to see him at his home, in public places or a hotel?
I would stay in a hotel if this would mean that seeing him would be legal.
