How long does it take Track and Trace to contact the infected person?

My friend got a positive result this morning. T&T still haven’t contacted her to ask about her contacts in the past 48 hours. How long will she have to wait until they get in touch?

I was wondering the same . I got a positive test this morning and haven’t heard from anyone .
It’s said on the Email they ‘may’ contact me

Usually the case gets an email or text inviting them to complete an online form first, then they may get a call as well. I’m not sure how long that first bit takes though.

Well, it’s been 24 hours and nothing. This seems crazy to me!
