Provide Covid Marshals with an up-the-nose aerosol of the virus, to be applied to anyone found to be ignoring the rules. After all, if they’re not scared of catching it....

I’d make them go pick up all the dog shit off the pavements with their bare hands. Clean streets and they won’t want to do that again.
