6yr old DS has Fri-Sat each week
Last Fri evening i got an email from him saying our sons not well and i shouldnt of took him to school i said he hadnt been unwell in the morning and school would have phoned me he went on about corona being on the rise and that hed tried to book the test but hadnt been able to, so id have to take him for it on Sunday
I asked if he'd had any other symptoms and how he was in himself and got no response. On Saturday morning i said "How is xxx today" and he replied "He is fine"
When he came back on Sat evening he was absolutely fine and no cough whatsoever so iv just left it and thought it was odd behaviour.
On Monday my OH (still furloughed!) get a game request from th 10yr old stepbro - so he gets on his headset and says "its not xxx (6yr old) its me..how come ur not at school? u not well" to which the kid says "xx(6yr olds dad) told me im not allowed to tell you anything!"
So im wondering what the hell is going on - hes been online yesterday and today too. I dont know what to do. If his stepbro is isolating then should my kid be isolating too? Has his dad been bang out of order having him on Fri is someone in his household is sick?
Surely to just act decently he should be telling me someones not well and if they have had tests etc etc
