Would you go on holiday abroad for the weekend this Friday?
Would you judge someone who was?
No children going for context.
Destination country is not on quarantine list.

Even in local lockdown areas you are permitted to go on holidays. Just not meet with other households.

Provided any quarantine rules were followed and you took all sensible precautions, then go for it.

It's not just about you and having a holiday, it's the risk of taking the virus with you or bringing it back. But I'm of the opinion that non essential air travel should be completely banned during a pandemic.

^ This really. I think everyone who flies to go on holiday should self isolate for 14 days on return but that obviously isn't going to happen (hence the super spreader in Bolton).

Unless you're going to somewhere not on the travel corridors the risk is probably no higher than going to a restaurant in the UK and in some cases will be lower. So no, I wouldn't judge at all. If the country is removed from the travel corridors it becomes important to self isolate.

Go for it - lucky you !
