Hi. So in light of today’s announcement. Any office workers out there where your company insisting you still come into work? How do you feel about that? Or any HR professionals out there who have advice on how to handle a workforce where they are being required to still work in the office?

It's carefully worded that you should work from home "if you can". So it totally depends on the role and the efficacy of a wfh set up.

It states work from home "if you can" however that "if you can " decision is up to your employer not you. If employers feel that productivity is increased by being in the office rather than home and they are ensuring the work environment is covid secure they can insist employers come into the office. Maybe those who are extremely vulnerable can negotiate personal circumstances.
