Timings of corona results texts

Just wondering what timings texts can come through, a friend received a results text at 7am, how late can they text the results?

Dd tested yesterday 5pm and waiting on the results, is there a chance we could still get them this evening?

One of ours came through at 11.40pm so I think they can come through at any time of day.

Was it a home test? I'd think you'd be waiting longer than though. Ours have been between 40-76 ish hours I think

They come through at all sorts of weird and wonderful times, even in the dead of night.

We got ours at just after midnight and my mum got hers about 3am

Thanks all. It was a walk in test centre. Dd would really like to go into 6th form tomorrow.

I had mine about 7am I assume they bulk send when they get a certain amount

5.30 am for me.

Question for those who have waited for or are waiting for test results - do you plan to get up as normal every morning whilst waiting for results such as setting alarms as if you were going to work/ kids to school just in case texts come in the middle of the night in case it's negative?

That's what we did this morning. Still waiting for results now. 50+ hours and counting

Our plan tomorrow is to get up and check phone at time that would allow us to get to 6th form/work...

@snackcurator is that from a walk in centre or postal?

We did a test at 7pm last night and got the results at 2pm this afternoon. Was very impressed!

4am for us and recently 8pm. My friends were at 6.55am

That was a drive through test on Saturday

I had a email at 12:20am and then a follow up text 6 hours later. My results took 38 hours.
