Sorry for the gross tmi:
I have solid phlegm at the back of my nose that I can't shift and it's making me cough - not involuntary, rather a 'trying to shift it' cough. It tickles. I have a headache, raspy voice, very slight sore throat - I can feel it when I swallow.
I do not have a temperature, loss of smell, or a cough I can't control. I don't feel particularly ill, although not 100%.
Colleague says I should go home and get a test; I say I have a cold, which is situation normal for this time of year. If I have to be off with stuff like this every time, I'm never going to be in work.
What do you think?
