Are infection rates rising as testing rises?

Someone pointed this out and it seems to make sense. Plus....why aren't weALL being tested? Genuine question...is it financial?

Tests have been around 175k a day for weeks. Positive results are increasing.

Yes, I think so. The more people we test thr more cases we find, a number of them also being asymptomatic.
