Do you think shielding will be ‘unpaused’?

Do you think we will see shielding resumed?

I hope so. It makes no difference to me as we have continued to shield apart from essential hospital appointments but unpausing it will help those that are being forced to go back to work in places they feel unsafe.

I was just reading about a teacher who had been shielding now being forced to go back to teaching in a school that had pupils testing positive.

I’m hoping so too. I know it’s going to be hellish again. Dh not able to work face to face (will wfh) and my children not able to socialise at school. But this is a blip in their life. And shielding will keep them as safe as can be
