Is it possible to actually chase up your test results?

I read you can chase tests up after 48 hours but when I rung 119 it says they will not be able to follow up on individual tests.....
Has anyone got through to them recently and had them sort out your test results?

A few weeks ago my DC had a high fever and we all had to be tested. Everyone’s test results came through (negative) in under 24 Hours other than mine. I really needed to get back to work so phoned up after about 30 hours and within 15 mins of them looking at it my results came through. This seems to have happened to many people so worth ringing. If you can get through at the moment that is!

I’ve just called to chase my DFs results and got the same message and the message also stated that if after 48 hours and no results then isolate for 10 days? Assume that this means that they’re saying may never receive results? My DM did the test at the same time as my DF and she had her results yesterday which cane back as ‘unclear’ and advised to book another test. Trying all day and can’t get her another test - farce! 🙈

I phoned and chased up mine after waiting 6 days. I got a text with the results within half an hour.

Called today to trace mine and the call just kept disconnecting after being on hold for a few minutes 🙄

Tried and failed today. Disconnected me.
