Selling house - What happens if local LD/self isolating happens during completion??

Just that really. We've sold and should move in the next 6 to 8 weeks 🤞🏻

I'm guessing it's all cancelled if we're self isolating due to symptoms or if we actually have it. What about local lockdown?

Moving home could take place in the original lockdown. I haven't heard anything about this ceasing in local lockdowns.

If you are self-isolating due to symptoms or actually having the virus then moving would obviously have to be postponed. Self-isolating does actually mean not going out even to the shops (you should get volunteers to shop for you if you can).

Similar boat and would even buy insurance against those causing problems - if it existed.
