Does the 6 people meet up apply? Beavers doing zoom meetings at first then meet ups....

I don't think organised clubs like beavers etc falls under the rule. Same with dance class etc.

Our extra activities have started back up and we have had confirmation that they can continue under the new rules, we are still waiting for info from the scouts as they can run but on numbers of 15, our cubs has more then that so they need time to sort numbers going forward.

they can go ahead, most for kids are exempt from the rule of six, youth groups have a specific exemption As do sporting activities.
