Will people in Wales that work in shops and pubs have to wear masks too?

I have no problem wearing a mask to go into a shop as it's only a few minutes usually. However I work in a pub. Do the new rules mean all staff have to wear masks all day too? A 9hr shift in a mask trying to speak to customers would be a nightmare. Can't find any specific information on this after the latest government announcement

I work in a shop in England, here we don't have to as premises are already Covid secure for the workers. I wear a visor and sit behind a Perspex screen. Some of my colleagues choose to wear masks.

We have a screen on the bar but we're not behind the bar the whole time. We have to clean and serve food etc. I wonder if we would need one if we come from behind the bar
