Should we have done what they did and have gone for herd immunity!!

Clearly it’s good that they have low numbers. It’s too early for anyone to claim “victory” though. Australia thought it had it sussed, and then it came back with a vengeance. Stockholm has a degree of immunity but very unlikely to be enough for full herd immunity if compared to antibody levels in hotspots... The rest of Sweden, less so.

No one can sensibly be more than cautiously optimistic about Sweden.

You can only compare them to their Scandinavian neighbours, who had significantly fewer deaths. They are also only 1% less fucked economically from a GDP perspective than Denmark, for example.
