How late at night/early in morning do test results come back?

Went to drive through on Sunday. Was optimistically hoping to hear back today.

Do I have to accept there’s no school/nursery/work again tomorrow or is there still hope of something coming back before 8am tomorrow?

Ours came through in the middle of the night - about 2.30am so you never know!

DH had test Thursday evening and results came through about 5.30am on Saturday.

Ok, I’m going to keep the hope alive! After 5 months of waiting to go back to school, having it swept away at the last minute is so demoralising

the labs are running 24/7 and results are issued 24/7

Virtually all tests from mobile and regional test centres have their results returned within 48 hours. Hope they're negative :)

We were tested Saturday AM and still no results as of 9 PM Monday evening. From reading online people seem to get results at all times of the day and night and normally within 48 hours. Apart from those who went to the test centre we did, which was the closest available and still 50 minutes drive each way. I’m so annoyed right now.

6am after being tested about 930am the day before.

We’re in a higher intervention area so I think they’re quite busy. I’m fairly confident DC has tonsillitis again (we’ve been through this rigmarole before) but obviously we’re following the rules even though it’s causing all sorts of logistical chaos.

I know I’ve got no grounds to complain really but we’ve been mentally hanging on for September so this has really put us all in a funk. Gah.
